Jim is a Founding Partner and a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with KOM Wealth Management Group. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer and an Investment Advisor Representative.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ripon College in Business Administration, Economics and Mathematics. Jim earned his Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School at The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Jim has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career with Ameriprise Financial where he became a member of their Advanced Advisor Group. In 2007 he became a founding partner of Kerntke Otto McGlone Wealth Management Group. Jim's primary focus is working with individuals and families to achieve their goals and dreams through a long-term consultative relationship.
Jim is married to his wife, Amy. Together with their four children, the family enjoys sports, camping, boating, downhill skiing, travel, being outdoors, reading, and spending time together.
