Michelle A. Rausch

Michelle is the dedicated Receptionist for Kerntke Otto McGlone Wealth Management Group. Her role encompasses a wide range of administrative responsibilities including greeting clients, fostering client communication, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to KOM team members.

Equipped with 23 years of experience working in administrative roles, Michelle provides a superb level of customer service to our clients. Her professional journey started with Kimberly Clark Corporation- Health Services, where she devoted her time to coaching new hires as well as managing a team of receptionists, lifeguards, and health Instructors. She continued her work within the healthcare industry at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center.  She dedicated 13 years serving as the main point of contact for patients and visitors. In this role, Michelle managed patient and employee schedules, provided knowledgeable assistance to patient requests and inquiries and offered administrative support to the management team.

Michelle resides in the Appleton Area. Away from the business, she enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
